岗位职责：Focus on refrigeration system design;侧重于制冷系统设计；Research and design for the refrigeration systemof new project;负责新产品项目制冷系统设计；Optimize refrigeration system of currentlaunched products;负责已上市产品制冷系统优化设计；Cost down project planning, follow up andcoordination;负责降成本项目规划、跟进协调；Product quality improvement project planning,follow up and coordination;负责产品质量改善项目计划和跟进协调；Refrigeration system design calculation andcomponents selection;制冷系统部件设计计算及选型；Planning testing for components and product onperformance as well as reliability;负责零部件及产品性能、可靠性测试规划；Follow up testing and analysis testing results;测试跟踪及测试结果分析；Technical support for and team work withmanufacturing, quality, marketing, sales and service team;工艺、质量，市场、销售及服务等相关部门必要的技术支持。任职资格：Bachelor degree;大学本科学历；Major in cooling, air condition, andrefrigeration or related;制冷、空调等相关专业；Familiar with refrigeration system;熟悉制冷系统；Experience in refrigeration/cooling/aircondition engineering design 1 year;制冷、空调、冷冻等相关行业设计部门从业1年及以上；Experience with refrigeration system designcalculation and component selection;拥有制冷系统计算、选型设计经验；Experience with cooling or refrigeration productstesting;拥有制冷相关产品测试经验；Ability to work compliance with standards;能参照标准设计；Ability of issue analyses and solve;拥有自主的问题分析和解决能力；CAD, 3D software (solidworks, Pro E, etc) skillspreferred;能使用CAD, 3D软件优先；CET 4 based;英语CET4 及以上；Good communication and team work skills;良好的沟通和团队协作能力；Sense of innovation;有创新意识；Sensitive on target.目标意识强。工作时间：
